As an environmental scientist with a penchant for sustainable accommodations, my recent stay at Ibis Melbourne was a balanced mix of luxury and value. The room price was fair and included complimentary access to the Aquatic Centre, a nice touch. While breakfast was on the pricier side, the quality justified the cost. The friendly staff provided exceptional service, enhancing our experience.Among the hotel amenities, the fitness centre and free Wi-Fi were convenient. The on-site restaurant offered a decent selection, though a bit on the pricey end. The 24-hour reception and express check-in/out were efficient for a seamless stay. However, the absence of eco-friendly initiatives was noticeable.Ibis Melbourne is a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay with good value. While not a luxury option, its affordability and convenient location make it a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers.
